We've poured our passion and dedication into reimagining this desert retreat to provide you with an unforgettable vacation experience. The entire property has been meticulously remodeled, recently undergoing a magnificent transformation under new ownership and management! As you step inside, you'll be greeted by an open and inviting layout flooded with natural light. The living area features large windows that frame the magnificent crimson skyline, creating a sense of tranquility and connection to nature. Equipped with a BBQ grill, you can whip up a delicious barbecue feast to savor on the deck. Whether you're seeking adventure in the great outdoors or seeking solace in the beauty of Sedona, this is your gateway to it all!
NOTE: This is a multi-unit property and can be combined in a variety of ways to accommodate larger groups, with a total of 3 separate living units. This listing is for the CASITA, UPPER STUDIO ONE BEDROOM ONLY. The second unit is an attached casita below; Mammoth Rock Hideaway, a one bedroom, one bathroom apartment with private hot tub and BBQ grill. The main house is next door, including three bedrooms, two bathrooms, a fire pit, hot tub and game room. All units can be as private or as engaged with the others, as you would like, allowing privacy doors/walls to be opened or closed at any time. Do not fret! If booked separately, you will have plenty of privacy from other guests!
This home is professionally managed by a local hospitality company. We treat our homes as if they are our own. Each home is meticulously cleaned and put through a 35-point inspection checklist between guests to ensure absolute satisfaction. Our main business line is available during regular business hours for general questions, comments, and support, and can also assist with emergencies 24/7.

How The Home Is Stocked:
This home is fully furnished and stocked with a starter amount of essentials to get you going on your trip! Please plan accordingly to purchase enough additional consumables to last for the remainder of your stay.
House Rules & Notes:
• No parties or events of any kind allowed on property
• No more than 4 cars at the house at any time
• Must be 25 years of age or older to rent. Renting person must stay in the home throughout the reservation.
• No smoking
• Check-in time is 4 PM (this time is strict)
• Check-out time is 10 AM (this time is strict)
• Early check-in and late check-out (if available fees apply)
• Pets are allowed with exceptions (pet fees apply)

• All reservations will go through a verification process
• Please be sure your full name is entered on your reservation when booking
