Welcome to our private resort-style escape right in the heart of Tempe! Located walking-distance from all the best shops, restaurants, and nightlife, this gorgeous property is the perfect retreat for family gatherings, golf trips, bachelor/ette celebrations, or just a relaxing getaway. In the backyard, enjoy the luxurious and shaded setting complete with a pool, fire pit area, dining area, and more. The main home itself has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The detached casita has 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom upstairs, and 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom downstairs. The property is complete with a ping pong table, combo foosball/mini pool table, and super-thoughtful design touches throughout.
The spa is heated for 12 hours a day; if you had specific hours, you would like us to heat the hot tub from, please inform us before arriving. If you would like it heated for more than 12 hours a day, there is a $3.00 fee per hour every day for over 12 hours.
This home is professionally managed by a local, high-end hospitality company. We treat our homes as if they are our own, and you will experience at an extremely high level during your stay. Each home is meticulously cleaned and put through a 35-point inspection checklist between guests to ensure absolute satisfaction.

The Neighborhood:
This fun and lively neighborhood is in close proximity to great nightlife, but still quiet enough to enjoy a relaxing resort-style experience. We do our absolute best to be fantastic neighbors - they are our friends! We love that we can share our home with our guests and ask that everyone abide by the quiet hours from 10pm-7am so that we can continue to serve our guests without disrupting our great neighborhood.
Getting Around:
We enjoy that our home is easily accessible with Ubers or Lyfts for those who do not rent a car or drive in for their family vacation!

This home is fully furnished and stocked with a starter amount of essentials to get you going on your trip! Please plan accordingly to purchase enough additional consumables to last for the remainder of your stay.
House Rules and Notes:
• No parties or events of any kind allowed on property
• Must be 25 years of age or older to rent. Renting person must stay in the home throughout the reservation.
• No smoking
• Check-in time is 4 PM (this time is strict)
• Check-out time is 10 AM (this time is strict)
• Early check-in and late check-out (if available fees apply)
