Located just 5 minutes from Downtown Chandler, this gorgeous property is the perfect retreat for family gatherings, golf trips, bachelor or bachelorette celebrations, or just a relaxing getaway. In the backyard, enjoy the luxurious setting complete with a pool, ping pong table, fire pit, putting green, grill, hanging swing chair, and more. The home itself is two stories, has 5 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, and thoughtful design touches throughout.
This pool has the option to be heated at an additional cost of $50/night for the duration of your stay, please be sure to request and pay at least one week before arrival. This will be paid separately after booking.
This home is professionally managed by a local, high-end hospitality company. We treat our homes as if they are our own, and you will experience at an extremely high level during your stay. Each home is meticulously cleaned and put through a 35-point inspection checklist between guests to ensure absolute satisfaction.

Located right in the heart of Chandler, this is a beautiful and welcoming neighborhood. We do our absolute best to be fantastic neighbors - they are our friends! We love that we can share our home with our guests and ask that everyone abide by the quiet hours from 10pm-7am so that we can continue to serve our guests without disrupting our great neighborhood.
Getting Around:
We enjoy that our home is easily accessible with Ubers or Lyfts for those who do not rent a car or drive in for their family vacation! Our team of concierge is here to assist our guests with enjoying the cities of Phoenix or Scottsdale but if you're looking for a quiet time and prefer to find those items on your own we provide great info in our digital guidebooks!
Other Things to Note:
This home is fully furnished and stocked with a starter amount of essentials to get you going on your trip! Please plan accordingly to purchase enough additional consumables to last for the remainder of your stay.

• Must be 25 years of age or older to rent. Renting person must stay in the home throughout the reservation.

• Check-in time is 4 PM (this time is strict)
• Check-out time is 10 AM (this time is strict)

• Pets are allowed with exceptions (pet fees apply)
