Welcome to our beautiful, North Scottsdale home within short distance to some of the areas best restaurants, grocery stores, coffee shops, hiking and biking trails, nearby parks and more! This home offers a great open concept main living floor plan with vaulted ceilings offering a grand feeling when you enter our home! The backyard is where you will spend most of your time with the great sunset views, Bocce Ball court, cornhole, bowling, putting green and fire pit! There is no shortage of fun to be had without even leaving our home especially with the inviting pool and spa!
Our concierge is ready to make this trip the most memorable trip to Arizona! With a quick 10 minute Uber/Lyft to visit the one and only MIM, less than 10 minutes to the best shops and restaurants of Kierland Commons or just 15 minutes of a drive to the TPC Scottsdale Champions Course, these are just a few great places to see while here! No matter what brings you out to visit, our team is ready to get you going! Be sure to ask our concierge about pool packages, grocery services & tours - Pink Jeep in Sedona, Wine Tours, ATV Tours, & more! The pool can be heated for an extra $75/day. We need a week advance notice to heat the pool!
Please note that during the Winter months the ability to heat a pool is affected by the ambient temperatures outdoors. If temperatures reach below 45°F the pool heater will no longer be effective in heating the pool.
Must be 25 or older to rent. Renter guest must be staying in the home for the duration of the reservation.

Bedroom 4: Two Full over Full Bunk Beds
Common area has a queen air mattress and pack n play!
Guest Access:
Our guests have full access to this home during their stay. We only ask that you refrain from removing or tampering with pool equipment to ensure no damage and the pool will remain clean during your stay. The home is keyless entry for a smooth check in both afternoon and night!
Interaction with Guests:
We are here for you, as our guest, as much or as little as you need us! We cannot fix issues without knowing about them during your stay. Please report via your appropriate channel messenger first, during business hours of 7am-7pm, if it is not an utter emergency, and we do our best to respond within an hour. If there is an emergency that needs our attention right away please contact our business line immediately! Otherwise, we like to respect our guest's privacy and will leave you to enjoy your time in our home!
The Neighborhood:
Our neighbors are our friends! We love that we can share our home with our guests and ask that everyone abide by the quiet hours from 10pm-7am so that we can continue to serve our guests without disrupting our great neighborhood.
Getting Around:
We enjoy that our home is easily accessible with Ubers or Lyfts for those who do not rent a car or drive in for their family vacation! Our team of concierge is here to assist our guests with enjoying the city of Scottsdale but if you're looking for a quiet time and prefer to find those items on your own we provide great info in our welcome binders!
Other Things to Note:
This home is fully furnished and stocked with a starter amount of essentials to get you going on your trip! Please plan accordingly to purchase enough additional consumables to last for the remainder of your stay.

• No parties or events of any kind allowed on property
• Must be 25 years of age or older to rent. Renting person must stay in the home throughout the reservation.
• No smoking
• Check-in time is 4 PM (this time is strict)
• Check-out time is 10 AM (this time is strict)
• Early check-in and late check-out (if available fees apply)
• Pets are allowed with exceptions (pet fees apply)
