The backyard oasis is truly impressive and offers endless entertainment for guests. Take a dip in the heated pool (+$150/night - please request at least one week before arrival) or soak in the spa while enjoying the Arizona sunshine. For the more active guests, the backyard offers a play set, volleyball, basketball, and pickleball court, tetherball, ping pong, putting green, yard pong, spike ball, a pool basketball hoop, and cornhole. There's even an outdoor shower to rinse off after your games. In the evenings, cozy up by the gas or wood fire pits, or relax in the gazebo bar and grill area while watching TV. There are multiple covered dining areas for enjoying meals al fresco. The home also features a barn that's been transformed into a unique, multi-use area, complete with a poker room, lounge areas, giant tic-tac-toe, and magnetic darts. Inside the home, you'll be amazed by the stylish and upscale furnishings. Experience the ultimate vacation in this stunning home, where luxury and entertainment await you at every turn. Guests will find a pool table, shuffleboard, pop-a-shot, three arcade games, darts, and board games.
Please note that during the winter months the ability to heat a pool is affected by the ambient temperatures outdoors. If temperatures reach below 45°F the pool heater will no longer be effective in heating the pool.
This home is professionally managed by a local hospitality company. We treat our homes as if they are our own. Each home is meticulously cleaned and put through a 35-point inspection checklist between guests to ensure absolute satisfaction. Our main business line is available during regular business hours for general questions, comments, and support, and can also assist with emergencies 24/7.

How The Home Is Stocked:
This home is fully furnished and stocked with a starter amount of essentials to get you going on your trip! Please plan accordingly to purchase enough additional consumables to last for the remainder of your stay.
House Rules and Notes:
• No parties or events of any kind allowed on property
• No more than 4 cars at the house at any time
• Must be 25 years of age or older to rent. Renting person must stay in the home throughout the reservation.
• No smoking
• Check-in time is 4 PM (this time is strict)
• Check-out time is 10 AM (this time is strict)
• Early check-in and late check-out (if available fees apply)
• Pets are allowed with exceptions (pet fees apply)
