Situated on a quiet street in a well established neighborhood, this elegant 5 bedroom, 2 bathroom home offers over 2,000 SF of living space with maximum sleeping accommodations for up to 21 guests! Fantastic spot for family reunions, golf trips, or weekend getaways with friends. With a central location near Old Town, golfing and Spring Training stadiums, you'll love the convenience of being near everything Scottsdale has to offer! This inviting and well appointed home boasts a spacious living space and a large private backyard with a pool & BBQ, plus a fully-equipped kitchen, generously sized bedrooms, and a ping-pong table! Maximum 6 adults and their dependent children.
The master suite faces the pool and includes a king-size bed and it's own en-suite bathroom. Each of the 4 guest bedrooms are well-appointed with individually decorated rooms and plush beds, ensuring each guest enjoys a comfortable stay. Head outside to patio and enjoy all the amenities of the outdoor entertaining area, including a covered patio with seating, perfect for enjoying the warm Scottsdale weather. Help yourself to fun games like ping pong and cornhole!

Our home is fully furnished and very comfortable. The kitchen is stocked with everything you'll need: appliances, cookware, dishes, etc.
Our home is professionally cleaned before every stay, and comes with clean linens, towels, soaps, and everything else you'll need for a comfortable stay.
Guest Access:
Our guests have full access to this home during their stay. We only ask that you refrain from removing or tampering with pool equipment to ensure no damage and the pool will remain clean during your stay. The home is keyless entry for a smooth check in both afternoon and night!
The Neighborhood:
Our neighbors are our friends! We love that we can share our home with our guests and ask that everyone abide by the quiet hours from 10pm-7am so that we can continue to serve our guests without disrupting our great neighborhood.
Getting Around:
We enjoy that our home is easily accessible with Ubers or Lyfts for those who do not rent a car or drive in for their family vacation!
Other Things to Note:
This home is fully furnished and stocked with a starter amount of essentials to get you going on your trip! Please plan accordingly to purchase enough additional consumables to last for the remainder of your stay.
House Rules and Notes:
• No parties or events of any kind allowed on property
• Must be 25 years of age or older to rent. Renting person must stay in the home throughout the reservation.
• No smoking
• Check-in time is 4 PM (this time is strict)
• Check-out time is 10 AM (this time is strict)
• Early check-in and late check-out (if available fees apply)
• Pets are allowed with exceptions (pet fees apply)
Due To A New City Ordinance:
• All reservations will go through a verification process
• Please be sure your full name is entered on your reservation when booking
• IDs will be requested for verification after booking
• We report and prosecute all credit card fraud
