NOTE: This is a multi-unit property and can be combined in a variety of ways to accommodate larger groups, with a total of 3 separate living units. This listing is for the MAIN HOUSE ONLY. The second unit is a detached casita; Mammoth Rock Retreat, featuring a studio one bedroom, one bath with spectacular views and private BBQ grill. In the downstairs of this detached casita, sits Mammoth Rock Hideaway, a one bedroom, one bathroom apartment with private hot tub and BBQ grill. All units can be as private or as engaged with the main house, as you would like, allowing privacy doors/walls to be opened or closed at any time. Do not fret! If booked separately, you will have plenty of privacy from other guests!
This home is professionally managed by a local hospitality company. We treat our homes as if they are our own. Each home is meticulously cleaned and put through a 35-point inspection checklist between guests to ensure absolute satisfaction. Our main business line is available during regular business hours for general questions, comments, and support, and can also assist with emergencies 24/7.

This home is fully furnished and stocked with a starter amount of essentials to get you going on your trip! Please plan accordingly to purchase enough additional consumables to last for the remainder of your stay.

• No parties or events of any kind allowed on property
• No more than 4 cars at the house at any time
• Must be 25 years of age or older to rent. Renting person must stay in the home throughout the reservation.
• No smoking
• Check-in time is 4 PM (this time is strict)
• Check-out time is 10 AM (this time is strict)
• Early check-in and late check-out (if available fees apply)
• Pets are allowed with exceptions (pet fees apply)
