Welcome to our luxurious oasis in North Phoenix! Our updated property is the perfect retreat for families, golf enthusiasts, or anyone looking for a relaxing getaway. Conveniently located just 15 minutes from the popular shopping and dining areas of Kierland Commons and Scottsdale Quarter, you'll have easy access to all the city has to offer. Our property features a shaded backyard with something for everyone, including a heated pool (+$50/night - please request at least one week before arrival), putting green, cornhole, and more. Whether you want to lounge by the pool or challenge your friends and family to a game of cornhole, there's plenty of fun to be had! The home itself is thoughtfully designed and includes 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. For entertainment, there's a game room with a pool table, air hockey, and an arcade game, offering hours of play time for all ages!
Please note that during the winter months the ability to heat a pool is affected by the ambient temperatures outdoors. If temperatures reach below 45°F the pool heater will no longer be effective in heating the pool.
This home is professionally managed by a local hospitality company. We treat our homes as if they are our own. Each home is meticulously cleaned and put through a 35-point inspection checklist between guests to ensure absolute satisfaction. Our main business line is available during regular business hours for general questions, comments, and support, and can also assist with emergencies 24/7.

How The Home Is Stocked:
This home is fully furnished and stocked with a starter amount of essentials to get you going on your trip! Please plan accordingly to purchase enough additional consumables to last for the remainder of your stay.
House Rules and Notes:
• No parties or events of any kind allowed on property
• No more than 4 cars at the house at any time
• Must be 25 years of age or older to rent. Renting person must stay in the home throughout the reservation.
• No smoking
• Check-in time is 4 PM (this time is strict)
• Check-out time is 10 AM (this time is strict)
• Early check-in and late check-out (if available fees apply)
• Pets are allowed with exceptions (pet fees apply)
