This two-bedroom Condo with a garage is great for a longer business trip and family Visits and comes with a private garage for parking. With a 30-day minimum, there is plenty of time to get comfortable and enjoy this quaint location and all the community amenities that it has to offer.
The inside of this home features thoughtful design touches throughout, including cozy seating areas with a gas fireplace in the living room, stylish decor, and all the modern amenities you need for a comfortable stay. We love that we can share our home with our guests and ask that everyone abide by the quiet hours from 10 pm-7 am so that we can continue to serve our guests without disrupting our great neighborhood.
House Rules and Notes
• No parties or events of any kind allowed on the property
- No more than 2 cars at the house at any time
• Must be 25 years of age or older to rent. The renting person must stay in the home throughout the reservation.
• No smoking
• Check-in time is 4 PM (this time is strict)
• Check-out time is 10 AM (this time is strict)
• Early check-in and late check-out (if available fees apply)
• Pets are allowed with exceptions (pet fees apply)
Due To A New City Ordinance:
• All reservations will go through a verification process
• Please be sure your full name is entered on your reservation when booking
• IDs will be requested for verification after booking
• We report and prosecute all credit card fraud
This home is professionally managed by a local hospitality company. We treat our homes as if they are our own. Each home is meticulously cleaned and put through a 35-point inspection checklist between guests to ensure absolute satisfaction. Our main business line is available during regular business hours for general questions, comments, and support, and can also assist with emergencies 24/7.
