Our spacious and modern home is located in the heart of the city, in a vibrant neighborhood with plenty of fantastic restaurants, bars, and shopping options. With Kierland Commons Mall just a short 7-minute drive away, you'll have everything you need right at your fingertips. Our tri-level floor plan offers something for everyone in the family. Head to the lowest level and you'll find plenty of entertainment options, including a ping pong table, bar top seating, and a large TV. It's the perfect space to unwind after a long day exploring the city! Step outside into the backyard and you'll find a true oasis waiting for you. Take a dip in the sparkling pool, relax in the spa, or challenge your friends and family to a game of giant twister or giant checkers. Multiple covered dining areas provide plenty of space to enjoy a meal al fresco, as well as an outdoor bar and grill. There's even a fire pit and cornhole for those cooler desert evenings!
This home is professionally managed by a local hospitality company. We treat our homes as if they are our own. Each home is meticulously cleaned and put through a 35-point inspection checklist between guests to ensure absolute satisfaction. Our main business line is available during regular business hours for general questions, comments, and support, and can also assist with emergencies 24/7.

How The Home Is Stocked:
This home is fully furnished and stocked with a starter amount of essentials to get you going on your trip! Please plan accordingly to purchase enough additional consumables to last for the remainder of your stay.
House Rules and Notes:
• No parties or events of any kind allowed on property
• No more than 4 cars at the house at any time
• Must be 25 years of age or older to rent. Renting person must stay in the home throughout the reservation.
• No smoking
• Check-in time is 4 PM (this time is strict)
• Check-out time is 10 AM (this time is strict)
• Early check-in and late check-out (if available fees apply)
• Pets are allowed with exceptions (pet fees apply)
