Welcome to our beautiful vacation home in Northeast Mesa! With 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, our home is perfect for families or groups of friends looking for a relaxing and comfortable getaway. As soon as you step into our home, you'll be greeted by a spacious open-concept living area. One of the best features of our home is the backyard oasis! The saltwater heated pool (+$125/night - please request at least one week before arrival) is perfect for a refreshing dip on a hot Arizona day, and the wood fire pit is great for cozy evenings under the stars. The putting green is perfect for practicing your golf skills, and multiple seating areas make it easy to relax and soak up the sun! Our home is located in a great neighborhood that's only 9 minutes from Downtown Mesa and less than 30 minutes from Old Town Scottsdale, where you'll find some of the best restaurants, shopping, and nightlife in the area! It's also conveniently close to Sky Harbor International Airport and the TPC Scottsdale Champions Course, making it easily accessible for everyone. Our home is situated in a quiet and friendly neighborhood, away from the touristy areas but close enough to all the action. If you're in town for Spring Training, you'll appreciate our convenient location that's also close to the ASU campus in Tempe. And if you're looking for some outdoor adventure, the Usery Mountain Regional Park is just a short distance away, offering numerous hiking trails like Wind Cave Trailhead. The Tonto National Forest and Apache Junction are another must while visiting Mesa, and make for a great day trip!
Please note that during the winter months the ability to heat a pool is affected by the ambient temperatures outdoors. If temperatures reach below 45°F the pool heater will no longer be effective in heating the pool.
This home is professionally managed by a local hospitality company. We treat our homes as if they are our own. Each home is meticulously cleaned and put through a 35-point inspection checklist between guests to ensure absolute satisfaction. Our main business line is available during regular business hours for general questions, comments, and support, and can also assist with emergencies 24/7.

We love that we can share our home with our guests and ask that everyone abide by the quiet hours from 10pm-7am so that we can continue to serve our guests without disrupting our great neighborhood. How The Home Is Stocked:
This home is fully furnished and stocked with a starter amount of essentials to get you going on your trip! Please plan accordingly to purchase enough additional consumables to last for the remainder of your stay.
House Rules and Notes:
• No parties or events of any kind allowed on property
• No more than 4 cars at the house at any time
• Must be 25 years of age or older to rent. Renting person must stay in the home throughout the reservation.
• No smoking
• Check-in time is 4 PM (this time is strict)
• Check-out time is 10 AM (this time is strict)
• Early check-in and late check-out (if available fees apply)
• Pets are allowed with exceptions (pet fees apply)
Due To A New City Ordinance:
• All reservations will go through a verification process
• Please be sure your full name is entered on your reservation when booking
• IDs will be requested for verification after booking
• We report and prosecute all credit card fraud
