Inside, our home is designed to offer a luxurious and comfortable stay. The game room features a ping pong table, a ring toss game, tabletop black jack, and tabletop air hockey for hours of entertainment. With plenty of space to relax and unwind, you'll find everything you need for a memorable vacation. Our prime location nestled just 20 minutes away from Downtown Phoenix puts you at the heart of the action. Whether you want to explore the vibrant shopping and dining scene or experience the natural beauty of the surrounding desert, our home is the perfect home base for your Arizona adventure!
This home is professionally managed by a local hospitality company. We treat our homes as if they are our own. Each home is meticulously cleaned and put through a 35-point inspection checklist between guests to ensure absolute satisfaction. Our main business line is available during regular business hours for general questions, comments, and support, and can also assist with emergencies 24/7.

How The Home Is Stocked:
This home is fully furnished and stocked with a starter amount of essentials to get you going on your trip! Please plan accordingly to purchase enough additional consumables to last for the remainder of your stay.
House Rules and Notes:
• No parties or events of any kind allowed on property
• No more than 4 cars at the house at any time
• Must be 25 years of age or older to rent. Renting person must stay in the home throughout the reservation.
• No smoking
• Check-in time is 4 PM (this time is strict)
• Check-out time is 10 AM (this time is strict)
• Early check-in and late check-out (if available fees apply)
• Pets are allowed with exceptions (pet fees apply)
