Welcome to our REBL RENTALS Sage home in the heart of Old Town Scottdale! This beauty has a perfect blend of a traditional country look with a minimal contemporary design providing comfy and cozy elements. Hang out in our spacious open concept family room and kitchen featuring a 65-inch TV. The kitchen has an island for extra cooking space with four barstools and a grand table to seat 10. Please make your way over to our game room, which has a ping pong table and a 50-inch TV. The best is yet to come!
Join us outside in our Resort Style Backyard, where you will enjoy a sparkling private pool, private sitting areas, sun loungers, barbeque grill, putting green, cornhole, outdoor dining, and outdoor 43-inch TV. Please make yourself at home because we have included many amenities to anticipate your needs for a well-appointed stay.

Our neighbors are our friends! We love that we can share our home with our guests and ask that everyone abide by the quiet hours from 10pm-7am so that we can continue to serve our guests without disrupting our great neighborhood.
Getting Around:
We enjoy that our home is easily accessible with Ubers or Lyfts for those who do not rent a car or drive in for their family vacation!
Other Things to Note:
This home is fully furnished and stocked with a starter amount of essentials to get you going on your trip! Please plan accordingly to purchase enough additional consumables to last for the remainder of your stay.

• No parties or events of any kind allowed on property
• Must be 25 years of age or older to rent. Renting person must stay in the home throughout the reservation.
• No smoking
• Check-in time is 4 PM (this time is strict)
• Check-out time is 10 AM (this time is strict)
• Early check-in and late check-out (if available fees apply)
• Pets are allowed with exceptions (pet fees apply)
