This home features a beautiful sunroom with large windows that offer breathtaking views of the crystal-clear pool. Enjoy a friendly game of ping pong with your loved ones while you bask in the warm Arizona sun. The backyard is perfect for family fun, with a sparkling heated pool (+$75/night - please request at least one week before arrival), spa, fire pit, cornhole, and more!
Please note that during the winter months the ability to heat a pool is affected by the ambient temperatures outdoors. If temperatures reach below 45°F the pool heater will no longer be effective in heating the pool.

• No parties or events of any kind allowed on property
• No more than 4 cars at the house at any time
• Must be 25 years of age or older to rent. Renting person must stay in the home throughout the reservation.
• No smoking
• Check-in time is 4 PM (this time is strict)
• Check-out time is 10 AM (this time is strict)
• Early check-in and late check-out (if available fees apply)
Due To A New City Ordinance:
• All reservations will go through a verification process
• Please be sure your full name is entered on your reservation when booking
• IDs will be requested for verification after booking
