This massive single story 6-bedroom, 4- bathroom estate is the perfect destination for family gatherings, bachelor/bachelorette celebrations, or just relaxing getaway. Located just 10 minutes from Kierland Commons and Scottsdale Quarter where you can enjoy nightlife, restaurants and shopping. This stunning property is the perfect retreat for family gatherings, golf trips to TPC Scottsdale, bachelor/ette celebrations, or just a relaxing getaway.
This home features a 1920's theme throughout the home with a conversion that gives speakeasy vibes along with private pool with a custom in-ground spa, custom in ground chess board, batting cage/driving range, putting green, full size sports court featuring basketball, volleyball and pickle ball along with a bocce ball court and corn hole. Inside the home you will step into a Great Gatsby feeling including cozy seating areas, stylish decor, and all the modern amenities you need for a comfortable stay. Whether you're lounging in the living room, cooking in the fully equipped kitchen and eating in the large dining hall, or enjoying a competitive game of pickleball or cornhole in the back yard, you will never have a dull moment of fun. Step behind a safe like door to a conversion just off the kitchen to a speakeasy to host friends in the bar area with some specialty cocktails or for a friendly round of pool.
Pool Heating is by request only at a charge of $150 per day. If you would like the pool heated please let us know prior to your arrival.

We love that we can share our home with our guests and ask that everyone abide by the quiet hours from 10pm-7am so that we can continue to serve our guests without disrupting our great neighborhood.
House Rules and Notes
• No parties or events of any kind allowed on property
• No more than 4 cars at the house at any time
• Must be 25 years of age or older to rent. Renting person must stay in the home throughout the reservation.
• No smoking
• Check-in time is 4 PM (this time is strict)
• Check-out time is 10 AM (this time is strict)
• Early check-in and late check-out (if available fees apply)
• Pets are allowed with exceptions (pet fees apply)
Due To A New City Ordinance:
• All reservations will go through a verification process
• Please be sure your full name is entered on your reservation when booking
• IDs will be requested for verification after booking
• We report and prosecute all credit card fraud
This home is professionally managed by a local hospitality company. We treat our homes as if they are our own. Each home is meticulously cleaned and put through a 35-point inspection checklist between guests to ensure absolute satisfaction. Our main business line is available during regular business hours for general questions, comments, and support, and can also assist with emergencies 24/7.
