Our beautiful townhome is located in the Village of Oak Creek, of Sedona. It is nestled right around the corner from the famous Bell Rock, Chapel of the Holy Cross and Red Rock State Park. You will have plenty to do while staying here. The home has recently been updated with all new mattresses, pillows and furniture! There are numerous coffee shops, restaurants, and golf courses within walking distance. Be sure to check out the Sedona Infinity Spa for a massage in their Halo salt room with crystal bowl sound healing!
We offer a fire pit with Adirondack chairs to enjoy the magnificent scenery, where you’ll possibly have some wildlife visitors! Feel free to whip up a gourmet meal on our BBQ Grill as well.
This home is professionally managed by a local hospitality company. We treat our homes as if they are our own. Each home is meticulously cleaned and put through a 35-point inspection checklist between guests to ensure absolute satisfaction. Our main business line is available during regular business hours for general questions, comments, and support, and can also assist with emergencies 24/7.

This trendy Sedona neighborhood is truly one of a kind. We do our absolute best to be fantastic neighbors - they are our friends! We love that we can share our home with our guests and ask that everyone abide by the quiet hours from 10pm-7am so that we can continue to serve our guests without disrupting our great neighborhood.
How The Home Is Stocked:
This home is fully furnished and stocked with a starter amount of essentials to get you going on your trip! Please plan accordingly to purchase enough additional consumables to last for the remainder of your stay.
House Rules & Notes:
• No parties or events of any kind allowed on property
• No more than 3 cars at the house, at any time. Parking spots: one in the garage and two in the driveway. PARKING ON THE STREET OR GRAVEL IS NOT PERMITTED PER HOA.
• Must be 25 years of age or older to rent. Renting person must stay in the home throughout the reservation.
• No smoking
• Check-in time is 4 PM (this time is strict)
• Check-out time is 10 AM (this time is strict)
• Early check-in and late check-out (if available fees apply)
• Pets are allowed with exceptions (pet fees apply)
Due To A New City Ordinance:
• All reservations will go through a verification process
• Please be sure your full name is entered on your reservation when booking
• IDs will be requested for verification after booking
