Tres Chic Old Town
Welcome to our home located in a lovely neighborhood only minutes from Old Town and just around the corner from several parks for both pets and people! We look forward to hosting you in our home and with only being 20 minutes from the Airport, our home is convenient for everyone! Come and enjoy the private backyard and all the entertainment to go with it!
This 3000sqft home offers a tri-level floor plan with rec room basement, main floor living areas and upstairs bedrooms. The backyard is the place to relax from the heated pool at an additional $65/night, for the duration of the stay.Payment is required one weeks before your arrival to accommodate this feature. The hot tub is heated at no additional cost. Practice your golf game with the putting green or cozy up to the fire pit! There is something for everyone at our home! Six adults plus their dependent children.
Please note that during the Winter months the ability to heat a pool is affected by the ambient temperatures outdoors. If temperatures reach below 45°F the pool heater will no longer be effective in heating the pool.

Game Room – 2 trundle beds, 2 twin beds each (4 twin beds total)
Common area offers a queen air mattress and pack n play!

This home is fully furnished and stocked with a starter amount of essentials to get you going on your trip! Please plan accordingly to purchase enough additional consumables to last for the remainder of your stay.
House Rules and Notes:
• No parties or events of any kind allowed on property
• Must be 25 years of age or older to rent. Renting person must stay in the home throughout the reservation.
• No smoking
• Check-in time is 4 PM (this time is strict)
• Check-out time is 10 AM (this time is strict)
• Early check-in and late check-out (if available fees apply)
• Pets are allowed with exceptions (pet fees apply)
Due To A New City Ordinance:
• All reservations will go through a verification process
• Please be sure your full name is entered on your reservation when booking
• IDs will be requested for verification after booking
• We report and prosecute all credit card fraud
The maximum occupancy for this property is not to exceed a family size of 6 adults and their related dependent children per the City of Scottsdale.
