Stylish and sophisticated, yet warm and welcoming, The Outlook is named aptly so for its view point of Sedona's famous Thunder Mountain red rock formations. But also because, as soon as you walk through the massive pivot door, the eye of the home, it is our hope that you find a new perspective, a renewed outlook, peace and joy that you can hold dear all the days of your life.

With the additional guest house on this property (Koi Kasita), there's also an attached outdoor kitchen that has everything you need to cook out and enjoy the ambiance that is purely Sedona. We hope that this home finds a special place in your heart and becomes a place that you long to come back to time and time again.
This home is professionally managed by a local hospitality company. We treat our homes as if they are our own. Each home is meticulously cleaned and put through a 35-point inspection checklist between guests to ensure absolute satisfaction. Our main business line is available during regular business hours for general questions, comments, and support, and can also assist with emergencies 24/7.

This trendy Sedona neighborhood is truly one of a kind. We do our absolute best to be fantastic neighbors - they are our friends! Sedona is an international dark sky community, which means by law all exterior lighting must be turned off between 10 pm-7 am to ensure that all can enjoy a spectacular display of stars and planets dancing in the night sky.
If utilizing the parking in the alcove next to the rock staircase, please be advised that this is a shared driveway with the neighbors behind The Outlook and the driveway should always be clear so that everyone has road access.
How The Home Is Stocked:
This home is fully furnished and stocked with a starter amount of essentials to get you going on your trip! Please plan accordingly to purchase enough additional consumables to last for the remainder of your stay.
House Rules & Notes:
• No parties or events of any kind allowed on property
• No more than 4 cars at the house at any time
• Must be 25 years of age or older to rent. Renting person must stay in the home throughout the reservation.
• No smoking
• Check-in time is 4 PM (this time is strict)
• Check-out time is 10 AM (this time is strict)
• Early check-in and late check-out (if available fees apply)
• Pets are allowed with exceptions (pet fees apply)
• Please note there are exterior cameras at this home for safety purposes *Include cameras*
