Our spacious and inviting 7-bedroom, 3.5-bathroom home is situated in a family-friendly neighborhood and is the perfect place to call home during your time in Flagstaff. Need to stock up on groceries? Sam's Club, Fry's Food and Drug, and Whole Foods Market are all just a quick 10-minute drive away. Target is just 15 minutes away, so you can pick up anything else you might need. If you're in town to visit NAU, you're in luck! Our home is just over 10 minutes away from campus. But why go out when you can stay in and enjoy all the amenities our home has to offer? Take a soak in the spa, play a game of bocce ball, or gather around the fire pit for s'mores and conversation. We even have a built-in grill with a bar in the backyard, perfect for outdoor cookouts with family and friends. Inside, you'll find our home spacious, comfortable, and full of entertainment options. The living room with a Pac Man arcade game and TV is the perfect spot for a friendly game or a movie night, and the game room features a pool table and TV for even more fun!

This home is professionally managed by a local hospitality company. We treat our homes as if they are our own. Each home is meticulously cleaned and put through a 35-point inspection checklist between guests to ensure absolute satisfaction. Our main business line is available during regular business hours for general questions, comments, and support, and can also assist with emergencies 24/7.

How The Home Is Stocked:
This home is fully furnished and stocked with a starter amount of essentials to get you going on your trip! Please plan accordingly to purchase enough additional consumables to last for the remainder of your stay.

House Rules and Notes:
• No parties or events of any kind allowed on property
• No more than 4 cars at the house at any time
• Must be 25 years of age or older to rent. Renting person must stay in the home throughout the reservation.
• No smoking
• Check-in time is 4 PM (this time is strict)
• Check-out time is 10 AM (this time is strict)
• Early check-in and late check-out (if available fees apply)
• Pets are allowed with exceptions (pet fees apply)

• All reservations will go through a verification process
