This magnificent home has panoramic red rock views and is located in the heart of Uptown Sedona! The main floor boasts two Master Suites each with its own private bathroom. There is also a half bath on this floor for guests! Downstairs has two connecting sleeping quarters and shared full bath. The smaller sleeping area has 3 single beds. The larger room is spacious with a huge sitting area, one daybed with trundle and one queen bed, perfect for family. The best shops in Sedona are walking distance from this home.
This 2486sqft homes offers you magnificent red rock views straight from the balcony overlooking the yard space! The main living space features a fully stocked kitchen, dining area and lounging space as an open floor plan and two upstairs bedrooms equipped with en-suite bathrooms along with a half bath for guests to have easy access. The downstairs area features a unique floor plan with accents of true Sedona style architectural features and a full bath with walk in shower. Throughout our home, you will also find smart TV's for your convenience!

Guest Access:
Our guests have full access to this home during their stay. The home is keyless entry for a smooth check in both afternoon and night!
Interaction with Guests:
We are here for you, as our guest, as much or as little as you need us! We cannot fix issues without knowing about them during your stay. Please report via your appropriate channel messenger first, during business hours of 7am-7pm, if it is not an utter emergency, and we do our best to respond within an hour. If there is an emergency that needs our attention right away please contact our business line immediately! Otherwise, we like to respect our guest's privacy and will leave you to enjoy your time in our home!
The Neighborhood:
This is a lovely neighborhood only minutes from Uptown Sedona with an array of shops and restaurants! Our neighbors are great and we love them! We hope you do too!
Because our neighbors are our friends, we respect them and ask that you adhere to the quiet hours of 10pm-7am while visiting with us!
Getting Around:
Sedona is a marvelous area and great for hiking and biking! You may want to come prepared with a rental car since Uber's and Lyft's may not be as easily accessible here as other areas.
Other Things to Note:
This home is fully furnished and stocked with a starter amount of essentials to get you going on your trip! Please plan accordingly to purchase enough additional consumables to last for the remainder of your stay.

• No parties or events of any kind allowed on property
• Must be 25 years of age or older to rent. Renting person must stay in the home throughout the reservation.
• No smoking
• Check-in time is 4 PM (this time is strict)
• Check-out time is 10 AM (this time is strict)
• Early check-in and late check-out (if available fees apply)
• Pets are allowed with exceptions (pet fees apply)
