Welcome to our upscale, multi- level condo located in the heart of Old Town Scottsdale. Minutes to the best shopping, nightlife and restaurants in the area! Roughly five minutes to Fashion Square, 15 minutes to the Phoenix Zoo, and just under 20 minutes to the Sky Harbor Airport which puts you in the perfect location to explore all the best spots of the Valley of Arizona! Be sure to contact our concierge after booking in order to get your planning underway.

This condo has a 21 night minimum stay requirement. Must be 25 or older to rent and the renting person must be staying in the home throughout the reservation.

Guest Access:
Our guests have full access to this home during their stay. The home is keyless entry for a smooth check in both afternoon and night! Unit only has street parking, no garage parking.

Interaction with Guests:
We are here for you, as our guest, as much or as little as you need us! We cannot fix issues without knowing about them during your stay. Please report via your appropriate channel messenger first, during business hours of 7am-7pm, if it is not an utter emergency, and we do our best to respond within an hour. If there is an emergency that needs our attention right away please contact our business line immediately! Otherwise, we like to respect our guest's privacy and will leave you to enjoy your time in our home!

The Neighborhood:
Our neighbors are our friends! We love that we can share our home with our guests and ask that everyone abide by the quiet hours from 10pm-7am so that we can continue to serve our guests without disrupting our great neighborhood.

Getting Around:
We enjoy that our home is easily accessible with Ubers or Lyft for those who do not rent a car or drive in for their family vacation!

Other Things to Note:
This home is fully furnished and stocked with a starter amount of essentials to get you going on your trip! Please plan accordingly to purchase enough additional consumables to last for the remainder of your stay.

House Rules and Notes:
• No parties or events of any kind allowed on property
• No more than 4 cars at the house at any time
• Must be 25 years of age or older to rent. Renting person must stay in the home throughout the reservation.
• No smoking
• Check-in time is 4 PM (this time is strict)
• Check-out time is 10 AM (this time is strict)
• Early check-in and late check-out (if available fees apply)
• This is not a pet friendly home, no pets allowed

Due To A New City Ordinance:
• All reservations will go through a verification process
• Please be sure your full name is entered on your reservation when booking
• IDs will be requested for verification after booking
• We report and prosecute all credit card fraud
