Welcome to our spacious vacation home with stunning panoramic red rock views in Sedona! Although we don't advertise our home as the most upgraded, we can guarantee you a clean and comfortable space that can accommodate lots of people. With 5 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, as well as extra private living quarters, our home has a quirky layout that's perfect for the adventurous type. Despite its quirks, our home offers a single level floor plan throughout with plenty of room for the entire family to stretch out and get comfortable. The real star of the show is the stunning panoramic view of Sedona's red rocks that you can enjoy from almost every room in the house. Imagine waking up to the vibrant colors of the sunrise over the red rocks or watching the sunset over a glass of wine from the comfort of your own living room!
This home is professionally managed by a local hospitality company. We treat our homes as if they are our own. Each home is meticulously cleaned and put through a 35-point inspection checklist between guests to ensure absolute satisfaction. Our main business line is available during regular business hours for general questions, comments, and support, and can also assist with emergencies 24/7.

This trendy Sedona neighborhood is truly one of a kind. We do our absolute best to be fantastic neighbors - they are our friends! We love that we can share our home with our guests and ask that everyone abide by the quiet hours from 10pm-7am so that we can continue to serve our guests without disrupting our great neighborhood.
How The Home Is Stocked:
This home is fully furnished and stocked with a starter amount of essentials to get you going on your trip! Please plan accordingly to purchase enough additional consumables to last for the remainder of your stay.
House Rules and Notes:
• No parties or events of any kind allowed on property
• No more than 4 cars at the house at any time
• Must be 25 years of age or older to rent. Renting person must stay in the home throughout the reservation.
• No smoking
• Check-in time is 4 PM (this time is strict)
• Check-out time is 10 AM (this time is strict)
• Early check-in and late check-out (if available fees apply)
• Pets are allowed with exceptions (pet fees apply)
Due To A New City Ordinance:
• All reservations will go through a verification process
• Please be sure your full name is entered on your reservation when booking
• IDs will be requested for verification after booking
