Red Rock Retreat
Our Sedona jewel is located on the famous Sedona Golf Resort! You can literally view the course from the back patio in the hot tub or dining in our outdoor seating! The fire pit views the red rocks and golf course! This property sleeps up to 16 people comfortably in 5 bedrooms!
The backyard features a fire pit, hot tub, two dining areas for a large group and BBQ pit! Inside there are two hang out areas. The open concept kitchen overlooks the TV room and breakfast dining area. There is a separate game room with pool table, foosball table and TV for hanging out!
The beds are super comfortable and all feature a pillowtop mattress! The bedroom layouts are as follows:
1st Bedroom (1st floor): King Bed with Ensuite Bathroom and 40 inch TV
2nd Bedroom (1st Floor): Two Queen Beds and three steps to a half bath.
3rd Bedroom: Two Queen Beds
4th Bedroom: One King Bed
5th Bedroom: Two Queen Beds

Extra Sleeping: Fold Out Couch with Pillowtop Mattress- Queen
Guest Access:
Our guests have full access to this home during their stay. The home is keyless entry for a smooth check in both afternoon and night!
Interaction with Guests:
We are here for you, as our guest, as much or as little as you need us! We cannot fix issues without knowing about them during your stay. Please report via your appropriate channel messenger first, during business hours of 7am-7pm, if it is not an utter emergency, and we do our best to respond within an hour. If there is an emergency that needs our attention right away please contact our business line immediately! Otherwise, we like to respect our guest's privacy and will leave you to enjoy your time in our home!
The Neighborhood:
Our neighbors are our friends! We love that we can share our home with our guests and ask that everyone abide by the quiet hours from 10pm-7am so that we can continue to serve our guests without disrupting our great neighborhood.
Getting Around:
We advise using a rental or personal car in this area to get around Sedona.
Other Things to Note:
This home is fully furnished and stocked with a starter amount of essentials to get you going on your trip! Please plan accordingly to purchase enough additional consumables to last for the remainder of your stay.

• No parties or events of any kind allowed on property
• Must be 25 years of age or older to rent. Renting person must stay in the home throughout the reservation.
• No smoking
• Check-in time is 4 PM (this time is strict)
• Check-out time is 10 AM (this time is strict)
• Early check-in and late check-out (if available fees apply)
• Pets are allowed with exceptions (pet fees apply)

• All reservations will go through a verification process
• Please be sure your full name is entered on your reservation when booking
• IDs will be requested for verification after booking
