Welcome to our breathtaking, private escape right in the heart of Scottsdale! Located just 18 minutes from the popular shopping and dining destinations of Old Town Scottsdale and Fashion Square Mall, this massive estate is the perfect retreat for luxurious family gatherings, business retreats, golf trips, bachelor/ette celebrations, or just a relaxing getaway. In the one-of-a-kind backyard, enjoy the resort-like setting complete with a pool, spa, sand volleyball court, basketball court, putting green and more. The home itself is two stories, has 8 bedrooms, 5.5 bathrooms, and thoughtful design touches throughout.
This home is professionally managed by a local, high-end hospitality company. We treat our homes as if they are our own, and you will experience at an extremely high level during your stay. Each home is meticulously cleaned and put through a 35-point inspection checklist between guests to ensure absolute satisfaction. Our main business line is available during regular business hours for general questions, comments, and support, and can also assist with emergencies 24/7.
Be sure to let us know should you wish to heat the pool - the cost is an additional $150/night for the duration of your stay to be paid separately, please be sure to request and pay at least one week before arrival.
Please note that during the Winter months the ability to heat a pool is affected by the ambient temperatures outdoors. If temperatures reach below 45°F the pool heater will no longer be effective in heating the pool

We love that we can share our home with our guests and ask that everyone abide by the quiet hours from 10pm-7am so that we can continue to serve our guests without disrupting our great neighborhood.
Getting Around:
We enjoy that our home is easily accessible with Ubers or Lyfts for those who do not rent a car or drive in for their family vacation!
Other Things to Note:
This home is fully furnished and stocked with a starter amount of essentials to get you going on your trip! Please plan accordingly to purchase enough additional consumables to last for the remainder of your stay.
House Rules and Notes:
• No parties or events of any kind allowed on property
• Must be 25 years of age or older to rent. Renting person must stay in the home throughout the reservation.
• No smoking
• Check-in time is 4 PM (this time is strict)
• Check-out time is 10 AM (this time is strict)
• Early check-in and late check-out (if available fees apply)
• Pets are allowed with exceptions (pet fees apply)
Due To A New City Ordinance:
• All reservations will go through a verification process
• Please be sure your full name is entered on your reservation when booking
• IDs will be requested for verification after booking
• We report and prosecute all credit card fraud
