The bedrooms offer ample space for a comfortable stay, even providing a desk for those who need to catch up on some work. With modern amenities and plenty of natural light, these rooms will make you feel right at home. The backyard (shared with the front unit) is where you'll find plenty of outdoor entertainment, featuring a luxurious spa, bocce court, outdoor shower, two cornhole sets, fire pit, and a covered dining area. This is the perfect space to have a BBQ, relax and unwind after a long day exploring the city, or watch the stars at night.
This home is professionally managed by a local hospitality company. We treat our homes as if they are our own. Each home is meticulously cleaned and put through a 35-point inspection checklist between guests to ensure absolute satisfaction. Our main business line is available during regular business hours for general questions, comments, and support, and can also assist with emergencies 24/7.

This trendy Phoenix neighborhood is truly one of a kind. We do our absolute best to be fantastic neighbors - they are our friends! We love that we can share our home with our guests and ask that everyone abide by the quiet hours from 10pm-7am so that we can continue to serve our guests without disrupting our great neighborhood.
How The Home Is Stocked:
This home is fully furnished and stocked with a starter amount of essentials to get you going on your trip! Please plan accordingly to purchase enough additional consumables to last for the remainder of your stay.
House Rules and Notes:
• No parties or events of any kind allowed on property
• No more than 4 cars at the house at any time
• Must be 25 years of age or older to rent. Renting person must stay in the home throughout the reservation.
• No smoking
• Check-in time is 4 PM (this time is strict)
• Check-out time is 10 AM (this time is strict)
• Early check-in and late check-out (if available fees apply)
• Pets are allowed with exceptions (pet fees apply)
Due To A New City Ordinance:
• All reservations will go through a verification process
• Please be sure your full name is entered on your reservation when booking
• IDs will be requested for verification after booking
