The Lotus Blossom
Welcome to our North Scottsdale home! This home offers so much you'll never want to leave! The spacious backyard is a great place to relax and unwind with the pool and in ground spa, cozy up to the fire pit or enjoy a game of corn hole. The patio offers ample shade with seating for the whole family and with the smart TV you'll never miss the game while hanging out outside! Heading back inside, you'll be greeted by a an open concept floor plan with an eat in kitchen, dining table that can seat 12 plus the pool table for more entertainment.
Located in a well established neighborhood, our home is less than 10 minutes from Kierland Commons, the MIM, and Honor Health Scottsdale. Desert Ridge Marketplace offers great shopping and dining, too! If your trip to Arizona is to visit the Grand Canyon, Sedona and/or Flagstaff this can be a great day trip and our concierge is here to help book your Pink Jeep Tour, wine tours, Grand Canyon tours and more! We also have in-house experiences, golf packages, grocery services plus more that our concierge can assist in scheduling. No matter what brings you we're excited to host you!
Relax by the pool outside or enjoy the pool table and foosball table inside!!!!
The spa will be turned on by request only. Please message us when you would like to use the spa and specify how long you would like it on for. The pool is not heated.
Must be 25 or older to rent and the renting person must be staying in the home throughout the reservation.

Guest Access:
Our guests have full access to this home during their stay. We only ask that you refrain from removing or tampering with pool equipment to ensure no damage and the pool will remain clean during your stay. The home is keyless entry for a smooth check in both afternoon and night!
Interaction with Guests:
We are here for you, as our guest, as much or as little as you need us! We cannot fix issues without knowing about them during your stay. Please report via your appropriate channel messenger first, during business hours of 7am-7pm, if it is not an utter emergency, and we do our best to respond within an hour. If there is an emergency that needs our attention right away please contact our business line immediately! Otherwise, we like to respect our guest's privacy and will leave you to enjoy your time in our home!
The Neighborhood:
Our neighbors are our friends! We love that we can share our home with our guests and ask that everyone abide by the quiet hours from 10pm-7am so that we can continue to serve our guests without disrupting our great neighborhood.
Getting Around:
Room for multiple cars in the driveway. We enjoy that our home is easily accessible with Ubers or Lyfts for those who do not rent a car or drive in for their family vacation!
Other Things to Note:
This home is fully furnished and stocked with a starter amount of essentials to get you going on your trip! Please plan accordingly to purchase enough additional consumables to last for the remainder of your stay.
House Rules and Notes:
• No parties or events of any kind allowed on property
• Must be 25 years of age or older to rent. Renting person must stay in the home throughout the reservation.
• No smoking
• Check-in time is 4 PM (this time is strict)
• Check-out time is 10 AM (this time is strict)
• Early check-in and late check-out (if available fees apply)
• Pets are allowed with exceptions (pet fees apply)

• All reservations will go through a verification process
• Please be sure your full name is entered on your reservation when booking
• IDs will be requested for verification after booking
• We report and prosecute all credit card fraud
